Stop shipping launches from sticky notes and scattered chat threads
PromoWave Campaign lays every rollout out as a living ribbon of stages — prep through retro — so you always know what's missing before go-live, not after.
Every stage, deliverable, and gap — visible at once
No more piecing a launch together from five different tabs. One ribbon, one source of truth.
Living ribbon of stages
Place phases from prep through retro on a single timeline and watch the wave take shape as work lands.
Dependency gates
A stage won't advance while required deliverables sit empty — the gate simply refuses to open.
Gap review
Missing stages and thin cards light up automatically, long before they turn into a launch-day scramble.
Readiness checks
Get a straight answer on whether the wave can actually ship — no polling the team to find out.
Fork & split-compare
Fork a soft launch beside a full wave, then split-compare two rollouts for shared versus unique stages.
Archived experiments
Park retired rollouts until the next drop calls them back — nothing gets deleted, just shelved.
Walk the ribbon: prep → teaser → peak → wrap-up → retro
Tick deliverables to see the readiness bar move and watch gates open only once a stage earns it.
We build for the people holding the launch together
We're a small crew of marketers, product owners, and builders who kept watching the same thing happen: a launch starts sharp, then teaser, peak, and wrap-up blur into one noisy pile of sticky notes and chat threads. PromoWave Campaign started as the tool we wished existed the night before a launch, when nobody could say for sure what was actually ready.
Our mission is simple: give every rollout an ordered wave instead of a scramble. We believe a launch should read like a ribbon you can walk end to end — prep, teaser, peak, wrap-up, retro — not a pile of disconnected updates that only make sense to whoever wrote them.
So the app hangs deliverables and channel tags on every stage card, keeps dependency gates closed until required pieces are filled in, lights up gap review the moment a stage goes thin, and answers the one question that matters without guesswork: can this wave actually ship?
Don't skip the moment that sells. Ride the wave, don't chase it.
Your rollout data never leaves your device
PromoWave Campaign was designed around one rule: your campaigns are yours. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means in practice.
1 Information We Collect
We collect nothing. PromoWave Campaign does not gather names, emails, device identifiers, usage statistics, or any detail about the phases, deliverables, or channel tags you create. There is no sign-up form feeding a server, because there is no server on the other end collecting it.
2 How We Use Information
Because no information is collected, none is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. We don't build behavioral models from your ribbon of stages, and we never will — there's simply nothing on our end to build them from.
3 Data Storage
Every phase, deliverable checklist, readiness state, and archived experiment you create lives entirely on your own device. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, and no backup copy sitting on infrastructure we control. Uninstalling the app removes your data along with it.
4 Third-Party Services
We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs of any kind. No pixel, beacon, or script phones home while you plan, fork, or split-compare a rollout. What happens on your ribbon stays on your ribbon.
5 Data Security
Because your campaign data never travels off-device, it isn't exposed to network interception, server breaches, or cloud misconfigurations. Security here means keeping the app self-contained — which is exactly how it's built.
6 Children's Privacy
PromoWave Campaign does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data collection mechanism exists in the app at all, this protection applies equally to every user, regardless of age.
7 Your Control
There are no accounts to manage and nothing stored remotely to request deletion of. If you want to remove your data, simply delete the app — every phase, deliverable, and archived experiment goes with it. You stay in full control at all times.
8 Changes to This Policy
If this policy is ever updated, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Since we don't collect contact details, we can't notify you directly — so we encourage an occasional glance back at this page.
9 Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@promowavecampaignapp.com. We're glad to walk through exactly how — and how little — data moves through the app.
